Korean Soondubu-jjigae part2

Our random home-cooked dinner
The kimchi chigae aka Soondubu

:: the soup made by Korean soy bean paste and tofu
:: added with some basic Korean ingredients
:: it's simple and fast too, yummilicious
:: best serve with kimchi & white rice

that is the only dish i know haha..

:: The kimchi Jjigae
(김치 찌개)
is a spicy Korean stew made with fermented kimchi, pork and tofu.

:: Or Soondubu jjigae ( soft tofu stew )
